Delivery

Delivery within Moscow (inside the MKAD)

The cost is 500 RUB. For orders over 20,000 RUB, delivery is free.

Within a day after you place your order, we will agree the delivery date and time with you. If all items are in stock, our couriers will deliver your order within 1–2 days or on the date you choose. If needed, you can also choose delivery by SDEK courier service, either to your door or to a pickup point.

You will have 15 minutes for trying items on. If nothing works out for you, you only pay for the delivery.


Delivery across Russia

Within Russia, we ship via SDEK courier service with 100% prepayment. The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the region. If SDEK is not available for a particular city, we will arrange delivery via Russian Post.

For orders over 30,000 RUB, delivery is free.

The time needed to prepare and dispatch your order depends on item availability. We will send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped.


Worldwide delivery

Worldwide delivery is carried out via EMS Russian Post. However, delivery time may be up to 3–4 weeks. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country and parcel dimensions, and we will send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped.
Payment

Payment is made in Russian rubles after placing the order. It is processed in accordance with the rules of the international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, and the MIR Payment System. All payments are confidential and secure — we use reliable methods of verification, encryption, and data transfer via secure channels.

You will need to enter the following details for payment:

  • card number
  • card expiry date
  • cardholder name
  • CVV2 or CVC2 code (shown on the back of your bank card)


After that, you will be redirected to your bank’s page. A security code will be sent to you by SMS, and you will need to enter it. If you do not receive the security code, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card.
Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the items don’t work for you or you discover any defects, you can return them within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To do this, simply write to us by email at info@solove.store, via messenger, or on Instagram, and we will arrange a return or exchange.

For us to accept items for return, please make sure that:

  • The items retain their marketable appearance, are not damaged, and show no signs of wear;
  • The goods are returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached;
  • The items have not been washed;
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the items for return.

Important: if defects are found, delivery of the goods for return is at our expense. If the style or size simply did not suit you, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the items, we will begin processing your return.

Refunds will be made within 10–14 business days from the moment the return is confirmed. Actual timing of the refund to your bank card depends on the issuing bank.
