Returns and ExchangesWe hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the items don’t work for you or you discover any defects, you can return them within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To do this, simply write to us by email at info@solove.store, via messenger, or on Instagram, and we will arrange a return or exchange.
For us to accept items for return, please make sure that:
- The items retain their marketable appearance, are not damaged, and show no signs of wear;
- The goods are returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached;
- The items have not been washed;
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the items for return.
Important: if defects are found, delivery of the goods for return is at our expense. If the style or size simply did not suit you, delivery costs are paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will begin processing your return.
Refunds will be made within 10–14 business days from the moment the return is confirmed. Actual timing of the refund to your bank card depends on the issuing bank.
